We need to change the way we do business. And this starts with recogonising the importance of how your being-ness is used in growing your business. You’re going to discover how Dominate Do-ers and Dominate Be-ers operate, and you can adopt both ways of showing up in your day-to-day running of your business.

Week Three: True Profit Growth Pillars

There are five True Profit Growth Pillars to support you at every stage of your growth; Purpose, Planning, Power, Process and People. You are going to be taken through each of these pillars, along with all the exercises that this chapter gives you. 

Week Four: True Profit Growth Flow

In this week’s call, you will understand how business growth flows, rather than is pushed. This is about challenging any beliefs you have about the hustle-and-grind and giving you a really practical four stage process to follow at any stage of your business journey. 

Week Five: True Profit Compass

Your True Profit Compass is a simple yet powerful tool that gives you a set of rules to base business decisions on. So rather than chasing success, take this time to recalibrate and define clearly what you need from your business to enable you to play your bigger game.

Week Six: True Profit Business Models

In the last week, you will be diving into the five True Profit Business Models; Freelancer, Consultant 1:1, Consultant 1:Group, Digital and Agency. You will be discovering that selling your time for money is NOT bad for business when you have the right boudaries and pricing structure in place. And you will be using your True Profit Compass to help see which business model will best serve you and your Big Vision.
