Brilliant Businesses Doing Brilliant Things

My vision back when I first launched Momentum in 2017 was to have a community of ambitious, like-minded business owners who wanted to do business differently; to be with people who wanted to stop striving for success, and thrive because of their success.

Having some kind of ‘in the room’ experience was always part of the plan but, like so many, 2020 put all our plans of live events on hold … until last year.

After a hugely successful Summer Social event last year, we’ve decided this should become an annual event.

Magic happens when you’re surrounded by people dreaming up what’s possible and thinking outside the box – and this day will be a day full of serendipity and extraordinary connections.

When we’re only six people away from anyone, there’s a good chance that someone in the room will know just the right person you want to connect with.

And there’s nothing like spending a whole day with like minded business people to open yourself up for fresh thinking,  have conversations to spark new ideas and deepen friendships forged online.

We’ve got a wonderful day planned again this year, and I can’t wait to welcome you on the day.

Join us for this special one day experience with our amazing Momentum community at a stunning conference venue

Here’s what we’ve got planned for you

Meet for coffee from 9.30am

Informal networking and a great opportunity to see your Pod Buddies in the flesh, maybe even for the very first time, as well as meet previous and future members you may not have met yet.

Morning Sessions from 10am

We’re kicking off the day with an energising way to connect with everyone in the room.

Embodied Business

Karen will be leading a session designed to open up your creativity; all will be revealed on the day.

Special guest speaker: Wendy Harrington

Wendy Harrington has a fascinating story to share. Her journey into the transformative realm was catalysed by near-death experience (NDE) in 2001, igniting a relentless quest to unravel the mysteries of human existence and harness the latent power inherent in our spiritual essence and psychological intricacies.

Drawing from a rich tapestry of disciplines including psychology, chi kung, shiatsu, meditation, embodiment and emotional processing, combined with her intuitive abilities, she empowers individuals to navigate their emotional landscapes with clarity and grace. She’s also authored two books: “Process and Prosper: Why it’s essential to cry, stamp your feet, and get angry and how it can save your life” and “From Vegas to the Pearly Gates: A gritty, true-life account of love at its best and absolute worst”.

Lunch, Chat & Sunshine

Well, OK … we can’t guarantee the sunshine (and we certainly had plenty of rain last year!) … but we can promise a relaxed lunch break.

You are going to enjoy a delicious two course lunch, followed by plenty of time to enjoy the grounds with whomever you want to chat more with

Afternoon Sessions from 2pm

Round table collaborations: a relaxed and informal session to open up possibilities of potential from the room and beyond.

Finish by 4pm

We will send you on your way by 4pm. For those who want to stay longer, you are welcome to enjoy the hotel grounds, have a drink in the bar or even stay on and enjoy a weekend soaking up the Windsor vibe.

Meet Your Hosts For The Day

The Momentum Team

The Venue

A distinctive hotel in Windsor: the story of De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is a very British one; a tale of democracy, royalty, education and religion. At its heart, sits an 18th-century mansion, a chapel, 45 event spaces and a Georgian white house in 42 acres of parkland grounds.

The original house was built for Lord Weymouth but it was its time as a public school, from 1854 – 1967, that saw most of the estate’s architectural developments.

Following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, today you’ll find a wealth of these original features still intact along with a 21st-century style that ensures business, weddings and training are anything but usual. Outside, you’ll find 42 acres of grounds complete with natural ponds and specially commissioned sculptures create a relaxing space for guests to explore.
